AND MOAR HAIR ACCESORIES!!

This is a star I made into a hair pin. I got the pattern form Crochet Geek on youtube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BQ0xt7jDvc

A closer look

MOAR HAIR ACCESORIES!!!

Using Robyn as a model again, I am showing off a pony tail.  I used the pattern from  http://christinassunshinehaven.com/hair_acc/large_hair_scrunchie.htm
Not much to say about it... so....
Just looking at the different angles
And it's on my wrist! (big deal....)

lacey shirt... sorry I can't make up a good title for this one...

This is a shirt I made, the first one I have.  I was an interesting experience.  I got the pattern from  http://www.naturallycaron.com/projects/avalon/avalon_1.html  They do have changes in the pattern for sizes.  I went with small, and my shirt doesn't look as graceful as the one shown, but I like it.  As you can see, you need to wear an under shirt

A close up of the sleeve.  I like the sleeves lol.
This is the bottom of the shirt
And the flower decor on the top.  It is pretty holey, but it's yarn so it's warm until the wind blows, then the bare skin gets cold but the yarn is still warm. It's hard to explain, but it's a weird feeling rofl ^-^

I'm not just a piece in their games....

My best friend's birthday is coming up, and she is one of the biggest fans of Hunger Games I know.  So when I found  a grid pattern for the mokingjay symbol at http://hungergamesdwtc.net/hunger-games-crafts/crochet/small-mockingjay-pinsquare/  I had to make her a book bag.

It... uh... came out bigger than intended.  It's about 18 inches.  just saying, if you use their grid, use single crochet, not half-double or double, unless you want it sooo big.  Maybe I'll turn it into a shirt next time, it's big enough lol

Time for hair accessories!!!

This is a flower that I made then attached a bobby pin to.  I got the pattern from http://www.favecrafts.com/Kitchen-Crochet/PinkRose-Bouquet-Crochet-Pattern#  but I cut it off before the last row.

Also, this is my new model, Her name is.... Robyn (yeah, I just made that up lol)  She's only a head, so if I make any shirts, I'll be modeling, but I'm not going to show my face. I don't really like the idea of many pictures of me being on the internet.

I wanna be the very best! Like no one ever was!!

 So, I've got my Bulbasaur!

 I got my Charmander!

 I got my Pikachu!

And I've got Squirtle!

And I'm ready to be a Pokemon Master!!!

So, I found a baby dragon pattern, found here http://myskillsguide.blogspot.com/2010/11/baby-dragon.html  and I thought, if I could change small things, I could make many pokemon!  The only thing I didn't change from the original pattern are the feet/hands.  I've even modified the dragon head a little bit.  I made up the shell, bulb...thing... and lightening tail ^-^ it's my first time I made up my own pattern, I guess besides the pokeball, but I was working on these before I thought of that... so... I don't know....

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine!

So, after I showed  my sister the wrong colored pokeball, she asked if I could make a pink ball for a friend's kid.  While I was trying to figure out about spheres work in crochet, I discovered a round shape that I thought would be perfect for a jelly fish.  I asked my sister if she thought a jelly fish would be better than just a ball.  She agreed, so I went to work.
This shot is to show the beady eyes
 and here's the tentacles
full body shot of the jelly fish
